Terms & Conditions

Native Speak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trusted & respected company in Poland, since 2017.

These are the terms and conditions for the workshops, lessons, trainings, classes (collectively “Services”) provided by Native Speak.

The terms & conditions on this page explain the agreement (contract) between Native Speak and you, the User of the Services.

You (as the Customer or Participant) automatically agree to fully accept Native Speak’s terms & conditions below anytime you do any of the following things: visit our website and use the Services of Native Speak.

WORKSHOPS ORGANIZATIONAL PROCEDURE

STORIES” is the name of our special CREATIVE workshops for practicing conversational ENGLISH through fun STORYTELLING and spontaneous DRAWING.

Venue and Time

Our Workshops will take place at the venue and times stated in the course specification form.

We may change the venue if the chosen venue is not appropriate for the purposes of the workshop in terms of space, cleanliness, useable equipment, noise, or if there is another reason that will affect the workshop.  

Appropriate behavior 

As stated in our Code of Conduct Policy, which will have been shared with you at the beginning of the course, if a participant behaves inappropriately towards a teacher, other participants or other relevant person, they may be asked to leave the workshop. Full payment for the workshop will be required and no refund will be issued. 

Fees and Payment 

The Workshop fees are listed on the Native Speak workshop offer page.

The invoice is issued at the beginning of each month for the number of the workshops in the month. In case you don’t need an invoice, we’ll send you a monthly quote by email.   

Payment needs to be made in full within 7 days of the date on the invoice (or of the date email with the quote was sent).

Cancellations and refunds

The Participant must inform Native Speak of any changes to the pre-agreed calendar with a minimum of 3 business-days-notice. In the case of late notification, i.e. less than 3 business days before the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be forfeited by the Participant and billed in full. 

Participant may nominate a substitute to attend in their place, provided that Native Speak is notified of the change by email to contact@ nativespeak.pl prior to the commencement of the Workshop.

Registrations cancelled more than 3 business days before the commencement of a Workshop will be refunded.

All requests for refunds 3 or more business days before the commencement of a Workshop must be made in writing to contact@ nativespeak.pl

Following receipt of the request, Native Speak will refund the amount of the Workshop.

A 100% refund of unused classes can be made within 2 weeks from the date of paid registration.

Payment method:

– Bank Transfer. 

We will send you an invoice or a quote with the bank information by email after confirming your registration.

Please ensure that all bank transfer payments are accompanied by a reference showing your invoice number or the Participant’s name.

 Registration confirmation

All registrants will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt of registration. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Native Speak to ensure your registration has been received.

Cancellation of Workshop

Native Speak intends to run the Workshops as advertised but reserves the right to make minor changes to any program without notice and/or to cancel or postpone a Workshop.

If a Workshop is cancelled or postponed, registrants will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available Workshop or receive a full refund.

Privacy

Native Speak respects your privacy and allows you complete control of your information. We share none of your information with anyone for any reason.

Native Speak is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. All information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for a Workshop, you agree to Native Speak using your personal information to administer the Workshop, including to process your registration and to contact you about the Workshop.

By registering for our weekly workshops, you acknowledge and accept these Native Speak Terms and Conditions.

Complaints 

In line with our Complaints Policy, Native Speak will investigate all complaints promptly and effectively and will report back to the Customer within 28 days. A complaint must be made to Native Speak in writing within 5 working days of the problem arising. 

Responsibility and Liability 

Native Speak shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party in any circumstances whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of Workshops, and the Customer shall indemnify Native Speak against all claims and demands upon Native Speak for any such consequential loss or damage. 

No terms, conditions or warranties, whether express or implied, about the quality or fitness for purpose of the Workshops shall be incorporated unless expressly set out in this Contract. 

Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including the source code, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in Poland and around the world.

The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

No part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

If you wish to make any use of the Services, Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: contact@nativespeak.pl

If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must identify us as the owners of licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Content.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.

Third Party Rights 

Workshop’s materials, content and program prepared by Native Speak shall remain the sole and absolute property of Native Speak. 

Where workshop materials are lent to participants, these shall remain the sole and absolute property of Native Speak and shall be returned in good condition to Native Speak at the end of each workshop. Lost or damaged workshop materials shall be paid for by the customer.
