In connection with obligations arising due to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”, below we present the privacy policy, in which you will find basic information regarding the use of personal data on the website www.nativespeak.pl.
This privacy policy for NATIVE SPEAK (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you:

- Engage with us in other related ways, including taking our lessons, participating in our workshops, events.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Not providing certain information may result in the inability to provide you with a service you desire.
Personal Information Provided by You may include the following: names, phone numbers, email addresses, personal interests, any other data that’s necessary for providing invoices (on your request), financial transactions or other services.
If you choose to provide us with PII on our website, through such methods as completing a web form or sending us an email, we will use that information to help us provide you the information or service you have requested, or to respond to your message. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
Personal Information includes also photos and films. During our workshops, random photography and filming of the creative process may take place. The purpose of taking photos and videos is for storing memories, sharing on our website / social media platforms, or promoting our services. When individuals (the participants) are identifiable in the images/films, we will seek out consent to use them for our purposes, as defined by GDPR.
Consent must be documented when storing or managing personal data. The featured individual also has the right to withdraw their consent. Individuals have the right also to be erased (unpublishing and deleting all their personal data upon request).

We may link to Google Form in order to communicate with our audience.
We may use various types of online surveys to collect opinions and feedback from a random sample of visitors. We may use limited-time surveys for specific purposes, which are explained at the time they are posted.
Our website may have links to other websites. When you follow a link to another site, you are no longer on our site and are subject to the privacy policies of the external sites.
COOKIES (Information Collected for Tracking and Customization)
We do not collect any information from cookies.
